Type of Roofing Installed: Ohelo Bldg: 2 Ply Mod Bit Roofing System and on the Olona Bldg: 60 mil TPO (Single Ply Membrane Roofing System)

Job Description: On the Ohelo Bldg we removed the existing built up roofing including the base flashings. We removed the existing cap flashings on the parapet walls. We fastened flat polyiso insulation and Secure Rock cover boards over the sloping metal decking all according to manufacturer specifications. We installed crickets and cover boards over the flat polyiso using Insta-Stick Adhesive at the recommended rates. Then installed the S/A Base Sheet over the cover board and installed APP FR Cap Sheet (torch applied) over the base sheet. Installed wood nailers as required in the contract drawings. Installed 2 ply base flashings with the same material as the roofing. Installed other details such as roof drains, pipe penetrations, equipment pads, exhaust fan curbs and walk pads. Finally installed 52 mil Fluid Applied Roofing system to all penetrations using Western Colloid. Subcontractor reinstalled Cap Flashings. On Olona Bldg we again removed the existing built up roofing including the base flashings. Removed existing cap flashing on parapet walls. ACM and Lead Abatement was done by BENDCO. We then fasten flat polyiso insulation and dens deck cover board over the sloping metal decking using the same fastening pattern as Ohelo. Tapered EPS crickets and its cover board was fully adhered with Insta-Stik Insulation Adhesive all done according to manufacturers specifications. We then installed 60 Mil TPO membrane across the entire roof surface. Sheets were installed with TPO Bonding Adhesive. We installed base flashings up and over the parapet walls. Installed over details such as roof drains, pipe penetrations, pipe boots, sealant pockets, and walk pads.
